Project Finance Manager
Location
UAE / West Africa (Involves Travelling)
Job Description:
The primary role:
Prepare business case, Solution options, project plans, estimates, requirements, and execution approach for Finance Transformation opportunities and use them as part of proposal to the stakeholders appropriately.
Drive cross-functional multiple projects at the same time across consulting, strategy, technology, and operations
Work independently on business development and project delivery from onshore/offshore as needed.
Manage all project accounting, audit, budgetary controls, procurement, monitoring of project and financial performance/progress reports, disbursement of funds and contracting
Ability to liaise with agencies, financial institutions, and banks and with excellent rapport.
Since the work involves extensive communication with West Africa, the candidate must have local knowledge and should have worked with local financial institutions in West Africa.
The candidate should have prior experience working in Africa – West Africa preferred.
The position requires travelling between UAE and West Africa.
The role will carry additional benefits, which will be discussed during the interview.
Salary package is around AED 20,000 or USD 5,000
Education
CA / MBA from a premier institute
Experience – total experience 8-10 years,
Relevant 6+ years of experience in finance related project/program management
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Proven working experience in project management, at least 3 to 4 projects in finance areas successfully.
