Job purpose:
The job holder is responsible for the delivery of high quality product by monitoring production for compliance with quality and food safety management system, customer requirements and regulatory requirements.

1- Bachelor’s in food technology/science industry.
2- KNOWLEDGE of quality, food safety, halal and BRC requirements.
3- Knowledge of Auditing techniques

Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years
